The challenge

An EdTech startup had built a promising AI tutoring model but had no path to get it in front of students without asking instructors to leave their LMS. Adoption of a standalone tool was near zero in early pilots.

What we built

We embedded the assistant directly inside the course workflow as an LTI-launched tool with gradebook write-back, so recommendations and practice results appeared exactly where instructors already worked.
